Episode 3 – Soft Skills
Post-covid managers must have solid business skills, enabling them to meet the challenges of growth and transformation of their companies. But these technical skills are no longer enough, companies are now looking for managers with strong social and behavioral skills (what we call soft skills). Agility, exemplarity, benevolence, creativity and leadership are strengths that are essential to the success of managers in a rapidly changing economic world. These skills are not innate, they are developed and strengthened, particularly through the experience of various projects, as experienced by ESDES students throughout their training.
